Director of Sales

Allan Nardini joined BridgeConnex in August of 2022 and serves as Director of Channel Sales, where he leads the company’s indirect sales strategy and manages a nationwide ecosystem of technology partners. In his role, Allan is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic relationships with Trusted Sales Partners (TSPs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and Technology Services Distributors (TSDs), helping organizations leverage innovative communications and technology solutions to achieve their business objectives.

With more than 35 years of telecommunications and technology industry experience, Allan has built a distinguished career centered on channel development, strategic sales leadership, and partner enablement. Since entering the telecommunications industry in 1991, he has consistently delivered exceptional results, earning multiple Presidents Club honors and holding numerous sales and leadership positions throughout his career.

Prior to joining BridgeConnex, Allan served as a Senior Enterprise Client Executive with Verizon Business and as a Senior Enterprise Account Representative with Comcast Business. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in enterprise communications, cloud technologies, connectivity solutions, and strategic partner engagement. Known for his consultative approach and commitment to client success, Allan has built long-standing relationships with customers, partners, and industry leaders across the country.

His expertise spans Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), cloud communications, connectivity, managed network services, and channel partner development. Allan is passionate about helping partners and clients navigate the evolving technology landscape while driving meaningful business outcomes.

Allan is a graduate of Worcester State College, Class of 1989.

Outside of work, Allan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, where he resides. In his spare time, he enjoys family gatherings, cruising, off-roading on Sandy Neck Beach, dining with friends, and spending time with his two dogs, Rocky and Clark.
