Jamie Kuzman
Managing Partner
Jamie Kuzman is one of the Founders and a Managing Partner of BridgeConnex, a nationwide provider of unified communications, contact center, cloud, and connectivity solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. With more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Jamie has built a reputation for helping organizations simplify technology decisions, optimize communications infrastructure, and improve operational efficiency.
Since founding BridgeConnex, Jamie has focused on delivering customer-first technology solutions backed by responsive support and long-term partnerships. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a trusted advisor for businesses seeking UCaaS, CCaaS, SIP trunking, business continuity, managed network services, and cloud communications solutions across the United States.
Prior to BridgeConnex, Jamie held leadership roles in the telecommunications sector, including serving as General Manager for Global Crossing, where he managed sales operations throughout Rhode Island, Southern Massachusetts, and surrounding markets. He later co-founded allConnex, helping guide its growth and digital transformation before its merger into Amplix.
Jamie earned a degree in Business Administration from University of Rhode Island. He remains passionate about helping businesses leverage technology to stay connected, productive, and competitive in an increasingly digital world. His leadership philosophy is rooted in building lasting client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring that BridgeConnex’s mission remains unchanged: keeping businesses connected and supported nationwide.
Outside of BridgeConnex, Jamie enjoys spending time with his family and maintaining an active lifestyle. He is married to his wife, Chrissy, and is the proud father of a daughter and a son. Jamie resides in Florida, where he balances his professional commitments with family, fitness, travel, and community involvement.
