Brian Flanagan
VP of Technical Support
Brian Flanagan is VP of Technical Support at BridgeConnex, a nationwide technology solutions provider specializing in Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), AI-powered customer engagement solutions, SD-WAN, connectivity, and managed network services.
Since joining BridgeConnex in 2013, Brian has played a key role in provisioning, supporting, and optimizing technology solutions for customers across the country. With more than 13 years of experience at the company, he has helped build and maintain the high level of service and technical expertise that BridgeConnex is known for.
Brian leads our amazing U.S. Based team of white glove implementation and support staff who all follow his passion for our clients success.
Brian studied at University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and ITT Technical Institute, where he developed the passion for technology that continues to drive his career today.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and their families, golfing, and relaxing on the beaches of Cape Cod.
